Family History Research
This is based on an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of £15.00.
Obviously the expense of the project will depend on how deep you wish to make your research.
Our suggestion to clients is that they give us a time or expense limit (of their choice) over which we do not exceed until the progress is reviewed. The client can then decide if they wish to continue with more research.
Any General Record Office Certificates, or similar documents which have been obtained from Record Offices will be forwarded to you and charged at cost price.
Travel costs will be extra - but we will keep clients advised of the likely sum. Travel costs may be incurred in visiting the parish of particular interest to you. All research work is verified by inspection of the actual records - so a visit to the County Record Office at Truro is almost certainly an extra expense in the region of £15.00.
Postage and packing costs will be kept to a minimum, but will be in the region of £2.50 - £5.00.
Forward Searching As detailed above but with an hourly rate of £20.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of £20.00.

Family Trees
£1.00 per name on the tree. 30 names = £30.00. This price includes postage and packing to addresses in Great Britain. Please add £5.00 if it is to be posted overseas.
Additional copies of the 'tree' can be purchased at 20% of the original price although postage and packing will be added to to each additional copy at a cost of £3.50.
Family Reunion Get-togethers
An 'up-front' fee of £100.00 is required to organise the event, this will include preparing invitations, booking a venue, printing tickets (if required) and taking bookings, etc. Any out of pocket expenses will be extra such as postage, travelling and telephone costs. Thereafter, a comission of £1.00 per ticket sale will be charged.
